Global Life Science Startup Pitch

  • 6 Floor Kyoto Keizai Center Kyoto (map)

Organized by: JETRO Osaka, JETRO Kyoto, Kyoto City, Astem (Advanced Scientific Technology & Management Research Institute of Kyoto)

As a side event to “IVS Kyoto,” one of Japan’s largest startup conferences, we are hosting a global matching event for the life sciences sector in Kyoto!

At this event, eight cutting-edge life sciences startups from overseas—invited to Japan by JETRO Osaka—will take the stage. In addition to each company’s innovative business pitch, we’ll feature a panel discussion exploring the current state and appeal of Kyoto City’s ever-evolving “Life Sciences Ecosystem.”

Following the pitches, we’ve set aside time for networking, where presenting companies, ecosystem stakeholders, and all participants can connect deeply across borders.

We warmly welcome companies seeking to collaborate with overseas startups, investors and researchers eager to engage with the latest technologies, and anyone who wants to help shape the future of life sciences together.
